- In-depth knowledge of the Process relationships
- Technical capability of working with the Change/Configuration Management System
- High-level understanding of CI Owner technologies
- High-level understanding of the integrated enterprise infrastructure
- Excellent team management and organizational skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to be assertive
