With a preferred location being the Netherlands but can be remotely based any where withinEurope or UK NextLink Solutions are looking for an Immediate 3 x REMOTE EMEA Project Manager(s) - for crucial and very complex projects, where all key skills will be utilised to its fullest. We are looking for key individuals who will strive to be seen as leaders, honor our commitments to both customers and our teams with transparency in communication, discussing differing viewpoints and openly sharing groups thoughts and concerns.
To the table you will primerily bring one of the following languages:
- Russian / English
- English / other language advantageous but not mandatory
This will be followed by:
- 15 + years of relevant work experience
- Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes
- Defines and discerns key aspects of the business requirement and develops an integrated project plan while adhering to the MADJV Playbook.
- Performs work that is complex and varied in nature.
- Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently.
- Effectively participate in a virtual, globally, diverse, distributed team.
- Broad understanding of how technology impacts customer's business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including fluency in English and cultural awareness
- Strong problem-solving/customer service skills.
- Able and willing to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends as required.
- Ability to quickly cut through issues and choose best solutions and course of action.
- Ability to apply multiple technologies to business problems.
- Available for travel.
- Interest in exploring new MADJV methodology.
- Deep knowledge of project management, planning, and organization.
- Demonstrated project leadership ability.
- Mentor new or less experienced project managers.
Knowledge or experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, configuration)
- Strong (10+ years) Project Management
- Experience in IT infra Industry standard project management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including fluency in English.
- Effectively participate in a virtual, globally distributed team
- Strong interpersonal skills, including cultural awareness
- Strong Project Management/Co-ordination experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements to appropriate technical streams
Key knowledge within the following:
Data center funcltionality and architecture
Network (data, security, telephony) Server technologies, Virtualization, SAN, DB, LAN, WAN, Firewalls etc.
