Next Ventures are currently looking for an Oracle CDC Consultant.

Requirements:

3 years of experience with installing and configuring Oracle Golden Gate or similar tool from other vendor

Experience with publishing from Oracle Golden Gate (or similar) to Kafka topics is a plus

Demonstrates general Oracle expertise (11g or higher)

Datamodelling expertise is a plus

Character attributes: mature, open, listener, assertive, good networker, respectful, has humour, problem solver

Is comfortable being part of an agile Dev/OPS team

Analytical skills proven through either experience or university degree in science/engineering

Fluent English language skills

is comfortable doing 2nd & 3rd line support

Java development skills are a plus

Experienced in with continuous delivery, especially deployment and test automation
