End User Compute Security
1 year contract or longer support and process improvement for end user computer security team manage end point security products Microsoft Bitlocker, monitoring, MBAM, DDPE, Scripting, McAfee
Provide support and process improvement for End User Compute Security Team. Perform root cause analysis, testing, and release management of changes in the enterprise security area. Collaborate across End User Compute and other IT Infrastructure disciplines.
Skills Required
- Experience managing Microsoft BitLocker, including Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM)
- Experience managing Dell Data Protection Encryption (DDPE)
- Experience reading and modifying PowerShell, VBScript, Python, and Shell Scripts Proven working experience in operationally maintaining security platforms in a global environment
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Log and event file analysis.
- Ability to review scripts for process improvement.
- Ability to document and provide recommendation on process improvement.
Collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to provide clear written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing and maintaining some or all of the following; McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, McAfee Drive Encryption, VirusScan Enterprise (VSE), Host Intrusion Prevention System (HIPS)
- Experience querying Microsoft SQL databases
Experience supporting platforms on physical and virtual Servers running Windows operating systems
- Experience managing secure Windows Workstation configuration states using Group Policy and configuration tools like System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and IBM BigFix (formerly IBM Tivoli Endpoint Manager)
- Experience with Windows authentication, permissions, and privilege management
