Our client, a global ICT services and solutions provider for enterprise is recruiting for a E-store Operation PMO to join their business in the United Kingdom

Position Title: E-store Operation PMO

Responsibilities:
- Perform Project Management, Change Management and Master Data and Systems Support to run e-Store business based on e-Commerce platform Hybris 6.0
- Support operational change management and project management activities involved with the planning, monitoring and controlling
- Prepare documentation for process map, ROI and other relevant subjects
- Accomplish activities for master data / systems support
- System support (GERP, PG, Fraud, Selfridges, EDI) / System integrity (GERP, Selfridges, PG, SABRE)
- GERP price management
- Master data support (Pricing, Material, Configuration)
- UAT / QA
- Perform process compliance / fraud management
- Support Back office for CS escalations including manual refunds and order failure escalations

Qualifications:
- Experience with Biz Analytic, Project Management and Change Management
- 2 - 3 years of experience as PMO (or similar)
- Knowledge of E-commerce platform (Hybris 6.0) and E-commerce website
- Flexibility to deal with evolving team, individual objectives and challenging market conditions
- Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management
- Ability to analyze business requirements from all key liaisons
