Nk253 Software Engineer BMC ITSM & ADDM Banking, Brussels
We are seeking for a Senior ADDM engineer. The engineer must have a deep knowledge of BMC ADDM Technology. (S)He must also be familiar with all detection types in ADDM (Windows/Linux/Unix Servers, Network Devices )
You will be in charge of:
- Integrating the Network devices discovery in ADDM
- Improve the Product discovery coverage in ADDM by addressing discovery issues
- Describing Best Practices in terms of Product discovery, and catalog management
- Describing what can be discovered by ADDM, and what cannot be
- Interfacing ADDM with ITSM
- Improve the reporting by Implementing BMC Analytics.
Technical Skills & experience:
- Proven experience in managing BMC ITSM & ADDM is MANDATORY
- Experience in BMC Software recent version is an asset (ITSM V9.1; ADDM V11)
- Good understanding of Customer needs
- Good knowledge of Network
- Deep knowledge of Operating System (Linux, Windows)
- Overall Understanding of ITSM/ADDM integration onto a large multi-platform environment
