Description
For an European Institution based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist.
Tasks will be assigned with a focus on second level support for the end-users on the new client platform.
- Receiving, prioritising, documenting and actively resolving requests or support issues that are reported by end-users.
- Collaborating with the Windows 10 Project Team and the end-users regarding migration activities related to the platform, its optional software and the business applications.
- Manage effectively the analyse of complex issues in collaboration with the Windows 10 Project Team members.
Expertise required:
- Very good knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 2016. Other Office Automation Software knowledge is an asset
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Group Policies and Active Directory in general
- Have proven technical, problem solving and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent attitude, great phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and prioritise
- Fluent in English and a good level in French
