SAP HCM Integration Architect
Location: Barcelona
Duration: 18 months
Rate: €250/day
Next-Ventures is looking for a SAP HR/HCM Integration Architect for a global humanitarian organisation.
Our client is initiating a SAP HRIS project (design, development and integration) of HR systems and processes along 24 recruitment offices. A pre study was already executed and the solution was already chosen.
You will focus on helping to deliver a proper integration of SAP HCM and e-Rec with existing systems by analysing local requirements and designing the integration landscape with a vision to the future and deliver efficiency-based solutions.
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Devise the system integration strategy for the 24 sections
- Prepare and design the integration documentation
- Work with the external supplier to ensure on time delivery of integration
- Support in the harmonization of the Symphony program with other global activities
- Work with local IT managers to analyse the local landscape and provide guidance on the integration structure
- Support other technical processes with his/her knowledge
- Will act as back up for other technical activities in case of emergency
- Support providers' selection process (RFP, due diligence, assessment, evaluation report, etc.);
Qualifications and work experience
- 3+ years SAP HR experience and integration design with at least 2 full cycles implementation;
- Proven integration skills in complex multi-platform environments;
- Expertise in SAP integration requirement development and documentation;
- Knowledge and expertise in all phases of development and deployment;
- Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English; French and Spanish are considered a plus;
- Flexible, can occasionally work outside standard working hours to meet other time zones needs;
- Willing to perform quick business trip on major office locations (travel expenses covered).
