Responsibilities:
- Content Operations Lead will be responsible for maintaining, running and validating web content as quality assurance and operation management point for the Customer Service (CS) department
- Focus on overall operation management of Content Production Centre to produce CS web content
- CPC (Content Production Centre) operation management on a day-to-day basis
-- Manage a robust content production portfolio, keeping projects on track and reporting on status updates.
-- Implement a rigorous QA process to ensure all content conforms to online standards, brand guidelines and SEO best practices
-- Look for efficiencies and synergies for content to be developed and shared across markets
-- Review and manage the third party supplier relationship in coordination with EHQ, subsidiaries and technical teams
-- Strong communication with a large and diverse stakeholder group across Europe.
-- Work closely with EHQ Content Manager to provide strategic support and aid the development of the site, CMS and analytical tools.
-- Create and maintain detailed documentation, SLAs, workflows and training materials covering all aspects of production activity.
-- Oversee the translations process for 25 European languages, monitoring quality and TAT
-- Compile dashboards, analyse and share data for regular and ad hoc reporting.
-- Community admin, inc tagging and content monitoring
- Platform Tech Support Coordination as liaison with internal technical teams
-- Real-time support for related platforms
-- SEO/Adobe Analytics & DTM support
-- CPC training and user guide updates for setup or new features
-- Technical review for cross-platform integration and new tool introduction for channel roll-out discussing with relevant team
- SEO/Analytics Tagging Management
-- SEO Monitoring and SEO content improvement giving guidance to CPC
-- DTM Tagging Rule registration, Publishing and QA
- CPC Operation Guide / QA Checklist management
-- Operation Guide& Manual creation / update
-- QA Checklist creation & update
Qualifications:
- 5 + years of experience with digital content creation and translation management experience
- 3 + years of project management experience in the similar area
- Strong experience in working with the large organisation, multiple stakeholders, and big agencies
- Good understanding of utilizing analytics/data and QA process to monitor, evaluate and optimize web content performance
- Knowledge of SEO/Analytic Tool management
- In-depth knowledge of the consumer electronics industry or Big brand experience prefered
