THE COMPANY

ConSol Partners' client is a Luxembourg based IT Integrator that provides IT manpower to a number of different public sector organisations within Luxembourg. ConSol Partners' client are very much 1st Tier supplier into the public sector within the Luxembourg market and are urgently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to expand their growing team.

THE ROLE

As a Service Desk Analyst, at ConSol Partner's client you will be responsible for supporting a number of key users as well as business stakeholders. You will be responsible for being first point of call for any technical queries or escalations. Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction this Service Desk Analyst will pride themselves on their ability to think outside of the box while taking a solution focused mindset during this mission.

THE INDIVIDUAL

  • Capable of supporting users on a range of Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook/Words/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Office 365)
  • Needs to have experience in Windows 7 and 10
  • Desktop support and end user support background
  • Capable of maintaining the current 94% customer satisfaction rating
  • Proactive mindset
