End user Support Consultants

I am urgently looking for an End User Support Consultant in various locations in France. This is a long term position (12 months - renewable). French and English are mandatory.

Profile:
* Must have hands-on experience working with supporting large Teamcenter application which involves User clarification and issue resolution
* Solid proven background across all phases of a Solution Delivery Methodology
* Sound understanding of latest Teamcenter architecture, data model, interfaces, patch & major releases
* Should have extensive experience in providing End User Support (L2 Support) for PLM Teamcenter
* Hands on experience in Nx CAD
* Ability to understand existing architecture and gather requirements
* Ability to assess the business problems and derive scope in terms of its technical implementation
* Provide end user support for Teamcenter PLM and Nx Application
* Support and/or guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using issue based problem solving principles
* Gather and document functional requirements
* Formulate the strategy and execution plan.
* Develop and execute test scripts, document outcomes, and analyze/fix issues
* Support business readiness and change management activities
