Description
Our large Financial Services client based in Halifax Yorkshire requires a Quality Control Analyst to join their Customer Rectifications Programme on an initial 4 month contract.
The successful candidate will be required to support the quality control of rectifications for product areas within Rectifications to ensure that Governance has been adhered to.
The selected Quality Control Analyst will hold the following skills and experiences:
* Proven track record of success in a Quality Assurance role
* Demonstrable knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and outcome testing
* Provide recommendations on improvements to the Rectification process and support with the delivery and embedding of any change
* Excellent Customer focus skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong attention to detail - consistently and accurately reports on all activity.
With previous experience of working within a business review function would be highly preferable.
