Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for an SAP HR Consultant to join the team of its client in Poland. This is a contract position.

Lead HR consultant
- Act as the point of reference for ADP payroll migration project in Poland
- Coordinate and Monitor Project Plan
- Leading Routine Weekly Status Meeting with Pinnacle HR Poland Team
- Leading Status review Weekly Meetings with Central Pinnacle HR Team
- Coordinate AS IS Analysis Meetings for Payroll, T&A and Interfaces SAP HR Payroll
- Conduct Fit Gap Analysis with Other Functions (Finance, )
- Understand User Management Business requirements
- Support on Solution Testing (Unit Test, UAT, Integration Tests)
- Data Migration validation
