Senior Test Support Engineer / Test Engineer / Support Engineer / ContractI have an amazing opportunity to work for one of the world's biggest technology companies working within their mobile division. This role is based in Cambridge and would offer you the chance to secure a 3 - 6 month initial contract on a very competitive day rate salary.
This role has been created for an individual to help accelerate the deployment of new test equipment. They're already using a continuous integration and test approach that keeps their code base in good condition. However due to growth their test systems need to scale and grow.
Required:
- Linux system administration experience
- Strong computer networking skills, including configuring wireless networks
- Experience in testing electronic systems and software
- Pro-active and friendly approach
Advantageous:
- Experience in working in a support role, providing a service to internal or external customers
- Familiarity with software build and test automation tools e.g. Jenkins
- Python scripting expertise
- Experience in working with radio frequency systems, using screened and anechoic facilities
- 3D CAD/Scanning/Printing expertise
- Android expertise
