Description
Windows Engineer wanted for our Basel based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Proven in-depth knowledge and experience of Windows server technology including Active Directory, DNS, IIS and File System Security
- Competency of networking technologies and associated infrastructure as well as managing Group Policies for large complex environments
- Solid administration experience of SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services and SQL Analysis Services would be an advantage
- Familiarity with anti-virus technologies, Exchange Server, Citrix, SCCM, SCOM, SharePoint Technologies and VMware technologies would be beneficial
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Understanding of IT best practice, ITIL fundamentals and their application in a business environment
- Participating in IT initiatives and finding innovative solutions to problems
- Understanding of and ability to follow change management procedures
- Providing third-level support and designing input in an enterprise environment
