Salesforce CRM Developer (Marketing Cloud/Exact Target) £410/day
*This opportunity is based in Gibraltar*
My client is a leading Gaming and Betting business that has made the adoption of cutting edge technology the foundation of its customer proposition.
Part of this includes a new CRM capability in the form of Salesforce and the creation of a unified digital platform.
A strong Salesforce Developer with experience of Marketing Cloud/Exact Target is required to support the development, deployment and operational support for processes and platforms that allow a large and leading multi brand CRM team to operate.
The right person will have deep technical understanding of marketing platforms. The role will focus on development and configuration of the marketing systems to enable the use cases.
Key responsibilities
- Understand marketing use cases and configure/develop marketing platforms to enable these
- Troubleshooting platform issues, building new features and functionality to assisting in delivery of new marketing initiatives
- Work as part of the support team to perform manual tasks required to ensure operation of the marketing efforts, and aim to automate these
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Configuration and development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Ideally Salesforce certified)
- Write AMPScript code & at least one other language.
- Deep knowledge of HTML & CSS for email campaigns
- Experience developing responsive design, dynamic content and mobile optimized campaigns
- Good understanding of databases as well as flat data file formats (CSV, TXT, XML)
- Ability to write SQL and experience of creating data integrations
- Experience with Web Personalisation/Optimisation tools such as Evergage, Maxymiser (Nice to have)
- Experience with Litmus and/or other tracking and testing tools (Nice to have)
- Appreciation of cross browser/email compatibility issues
