Description
Senior Systems Engineer - Avionic sub-system team.
Main Responsibilities will include:
-System Certification (Qualification, Design Proving, etc.)
-The production, review and update of Specifications
-The production, review and update of Interface Control Documents
-The production, review and update of Engineering Design Requirements Documents
-The review of aircraft drawings in line with changes introduced to the aircraft
-Supplier management activities
-Production of test documentation in support of rig and aircraft trial activities
-Support Lifecycle and design reviews.
-Assessment and analysis followed by correction of hardware problems.
The successful candidate will have a degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline. An understanding of the Engineering Development Lifecycle is essential. Experience in DOORS requirement tools or Virtual Applications Prototyping Systems would be an advantage.
The successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, be pro-active, diligent, have strong team-working and communications skills and be committed to a delivery culture.
Candidates must be SC Cleared (MOD Sponsored) or Eligible for SC Clearance and hold a British passport.
