Cabling Engineer - Dublin (START TOMORROW!)
On behalf of a managed service provider we are seeking an experienced Cabling Engineer with particular expertise in testing and terminating of Cat 6. Due to rapid growth, our client require a cabling professional as a matter of urgency to work at their customer site in Dublin for the 9th and 10th August. We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for Cabling professionals and with this client being particularly busy as well as others we can offer ongoing work for the foreseeable future.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, testing and terminating
- Laying and pulling Cat 6 cables into floor positions
- Testing and terminating cables
- Patching panels
- Identifying and resolving errors/issues
- Documenting and enforcing system standards.
Experience and requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Strong communication skills.
