I am currently recruiting for a Voice engineer for a long term project based in Diegem.

What you'll be doing:
As a voice network engineer specialised in Cisco solutions, you will provide consultancy, advice and support at a technical level to our customers. The main focus of the role is to provide support to Cisco unified Communication Manager and associated applications at our client site.
That will look like this:
You will:
- Provide support on UCC Cisco solutions to our customers and help, for example, in the set-up of a new Cisco IPT implementation.
- Document and improve processes in collaboration with the client
- Take full ownership of all issues from its discovery to its resolution.
- Maintain a regular communication with the customer and management on any relevant topic.
- Build and maintain a great relationship with customer.
We'll need to see these on your CV:
The successful candidate will have experience in Cisco solution support and hold a CCNA certification. Ideally, the candidate will have excellent customer facing skills, enjoy working as part of a team and have an interest in developing his skills in unified communication technologies. Client is offering great opportunities for career growth, with the possibility to acquire, for example, certifications.
- Experience as a voice engineer with knowledge in:
- Cisco UCC solutions
- Call Manager
- Willingness to explore and develop your competence in:
- Skype for Business and Office 356;
- Knowledge in Exchange and Sharepoint are an added value.
- CCNA in Colab and/or R&S (preferably CCNP or willingness to obtain)
- Any other certification would be a true asset.
