URGENT ROLE
Calling for experienced Wintel (Windows Systems) Engineers for a 6 month contract position for one of our well known Telecommunications brand in Australia. You will be working onsite of their client in Brisbane CBD. To be successful for this role you will be experienced with Wintel and Powershell.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process improvement
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure contract obligations are being met and variations are identified
Ensure compliance with all obligations (ie Security/BMS/EH&S)
Build technical competence to high standards
Provide outstanding technical support within a large team
Liaise with external vendors where required to ensure timely resolution of hardware/software issues
Maintain current levels of documentation as per contractual obligations
Experience/Qualifications Required:
Strong customer focus & communication skills
Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, Exchange 2010, Windows server , Office 365 and SharePoint as well as VMWare ESX
Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, ISA, Exchange etc, networking (IP Addressing, routing, network topologies etc)
Strong understanding Wintel (windows systems)
Powershell (Scripting and Automation)
Experience using IBM Hardware (RSA)
Strong understanding of Dell Hardware (iDRAC)
Strong knowledge in AD Authentication
Understanding and experience of GPO management
