Description
For one of our client in the payment industry, we are looking for a Black belt or Master Blackbelt to work primarily on ongoing project hands-on using Lean Six Sigma [DMAIC] methodology. It would be added advantage to have profile from services background.
The requested skills are:
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with level EXPERT
* Hands-on project experience in with medium to large size in the field of SERVICES (as opposed to production or manufacturing)
* Continuous Improvements/Transformation projects with level EXPERT
* Able to lead & engage project team, business users with other stakeholders & vendors in all project phases with level EXPERT
* Client focus with great ability to follow a defined strategy while adding an enthusiasm to the mix. Planning, managing & analytical skills with level EXPERT
* High versatile, flexible, mature and self-drive with level EXPERT The scope of work is as follows:
- To drive & execute projects or program in a timely manner following the Lean/Six Sigma framework;
- Processes optimize, operational efficiency and effectiveness through working on CI initiative, projects and etc;
- Operational excellence assignments such as processes and working methodology reviews;
- Identify and develop improvement opportunities;
- Drive Lean Six Sigma Culture;
- Advisory on the applications of various Lean Six Sigma methodologies;
- Train and coach CI champions and/or team member(s) on Green belt/Black belt methodology
