The Client Service team acts as the first line for client contact and is responsible for correct, effective and helpful handling of client queries. All written queries and phone calls from their clients will be first handled by the Client Service team. For complex questions or escalations the Client Service team will work closely with the Client Support team. The Client Service team remains responsible for the correct follow up, resulting in a satisfied client, as well as initiating ideas to enhance the services.
Responsibilities
- Process all client queries related to operations
- Detect client needs and visit them on a regular basis
- Provide the client with the best client service possible
- Ensure follow-up of cases and take ownership for your cases
- Work closely with the Client Support team in case of complex cases and escalations
- Improve current processes and help implement them within the team
- Resolving (complex) issues and ability to expand knowledge beyond the strict boundaries of the team
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement and LEAN mindset
- Ability to cope with change
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 0-2 years- experience in financial services is a plus
- Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written)
- Good analytical skills
- Quality-minded, risk aware and process oriented
- Client-focused
- Thinking in (creative) solutions
- Responsibility towards own actions
- Team player
- Pro-active attitude
- Willing to travel occasionally between entities.
- Eager to increase knowledge on the custody process
- Only candidates that are already residing in The Netherlands can be considered
