Messaging/Exchange/MS Office/Migration/Support/Office 365
One of Rullion's most prestigious clients is looking for IT Analysts for a short term assignment to support end-users in the rollout and migration of Office 365 as they transition over.
Working on an exciting project you will assist and support end-users regarding IT Software issues on a face to face basis. This will be across the specified location giving coaching and assistance to every end user in the need for help.
A formal process has been communicated to end-users who should be able to perform the few migration tasks by themselves. This role will only capture and fix issues for the only end-users having issues with the given process.
Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Experience working with Messaging technologies such as Microsoft Exchange
Proficiency in MS Office (be able to diagnose and debug an end-user issue)
Experience in End-User support and have a service orientated mindset
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Desirable skills include:
Mobile Telephony (Android/IOS)
Skype for Business
Sharepoint
Prior experience of Office 365 is not essential.
The process will move extremely quickly and they are looking to be able to start suitable IT Analysts at the end of August.
Interview slots/technical tests have already been pre-agreed with the client.
