Description
Business Analyst role supporting a project to drive and facilitate the design, build and roll out of a TM Risk Assessment methodology and model to all countries across four lines of business. The TMRA is intended to enable the organisation to adequately identify TM controls in all markets, and support the measurement of TM control effectiveness.
- BA will work within a PM led team with 2-3 FCRT BAs with support from global TM SME team (FCC) and GRA analysts.
- Role will require support of the PM in terms of the development, tracking and facilitation of the execution against a global roadmap underpinning the TMRA project across the delivery life cycle.
- Support the analysis and feasibility process via a series of workshops to enable the development of a series of tactical solution design options. Role will require strong stakeholder management and communication skills with global and regional/country stakeholders and spanning all key functions underpinning the TM e2e model ie GRA, FCC, IT etc.
Must have a solid AML/FCC or Transaction Monitoring background.
