Spring Technology are currently looking for a Support/Solution Analyst to join an established support technician team at one of their largest client sites in France.
Location: Villeurbanne, France
Duration: 6 months
Rate: €300
Languages Required: French (Fluent), English (Fluent)
Responsibilities:
* Provide levels 1 and 2 support and expertise
* Contribute in designing enhancements or solving operational issues,
* Maintenance: design small enhancement requests (including detailed specifications),
* Project (on demand): provide detailed specifications,
* Ensure testing and non-regression of maintenance versions, or projects,
