Description
One of our customers in Stockholm is currently looking for an English Speaking Mainframe Cobol Architect to join them ASAP for an initial contract till the end of the year with high chance to extend.
Tasks:
- Integration of a new platform with their Back End, followed by analysis and creation of only one solution.
- Providing detailed design descriptions for specific functions within an application based on business-, operational and system requirements.
- As System Architect you will be working with Mainframe Solutions
Qualifications:
- Expert with Mainframe and Cobol solutions
- 10+years experience as subject matter expert competence in the area and if relevant for the role; management experience.
- Knowledge of design patterns database storage, analysis and design. Able to see and to assess technical consequences based on design.
- Knowledge of different integration strategies, such vertical and horizontal integrations as well as to various methods/tools for design and system integration
- Ability to penetrate into the problem, see causality, assessing relevance of information and see the consequences
- Ability to transform requirements into technical solutions
