Description
Working with this well-known, highly-respected industry leader; this role will see you utilise your IT technical support skills as a key member of their team in WA.
Key to the role in addition to the Windows 10 deployment will include general L1/L2 duties including hardware and software support in a Microsoft environment; build and upgrade of PC's and Laptop's; managing the database etc.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven L1 - L3 IT Technical Support experience
- Proficient with a range of technologies including particularly Microsoft
- Demonstrate experience with Service Levels, telephone, remote and in-person support, supporting roll-outs, installations, configurations, backups etc.
- Must have excellent communication skills, well-developed listening skills and excellent presentation skills
- Enjoy building personal relationships and going the extra mile
- Enjoy problem solving and show good attention to detail
- Show proven time management and documentation skills
