Support Analyst/1st and 2nd line Analyst - Dutch speaking (Brussels office)
We have the opportunity for a 1st/2nd line support analyst contract to join a global law firm based in their Brussels office - 6m contract paying €211 per day.
Global law firm supporting hardware and software application support to 200+ users.
Previous legal or professional services experience is needed
Dutch speaking ability is required for this role.
Responsibilities include:
- 1st/2nd line point of contact for queries and issues
- Answering and logging service desk calls across the Paris office
- Where necessary escalate the call, in a timely manner
- Keeping the end-user and other members of the IT Department informed of progress as appropriate
Technical Skills required:
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Microsoft Windows 7/10
- Microsoft Active Directory administration
- BES Server
- Mobile Device (iPad, Blackberry, iPhones, Android etc)
- Familiar of ITIL
