Support Analyst/1st and 2nd line Analyst - Dutch speaking (Brussels office)

We have the opportunity for a 1st/2nd line support analyst contract to join a global law firm based in their Brussels office - 6m contract paying €211 per day.

Global law firm supporting hardware and software application support to 200+ users.

Previous legal or professional services experience is needed

Dutch speaking ability is required for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • 1st/2nd line point of contact for queries and issues
  • Answering and logging service desk calls across the Paris office
  • Where necessary escalate the call, in a timely manner
  • Keeping the end-user and other members of the IT Department informed of progress as appropriate

Technical Skills required:

  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Windows 7/10
  • Microsoft Active Directory administration
  • BES Server
  • Mobile Device (iPad, Blackberry, iPhones, Android etc)
  • Familiar of ITIL
