Description
Quality Manager Microbiology wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Academic Degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position with 3 years of experience in leadership or supervision in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with cGMPs and other regulatory guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication skills with independent working routine
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supervising routine and stability testing for sterility, bioburden and bacterial endotoxin tests time and in accordance to cGMP rules, QMs, SOPs and analytical test procedures
- Ensure correct and timely investigation of microbiological deviations and other deviations or OOE/OOS results
- Preparing and supporting authority inspections and participating as a microbiological expert as well as collaborating on local projects
- Managing the administrative aspects of the group by ensuring the preparation of job descriptions, performance management plans and conducting employee performance reviews
