Contracts Consultant - Funding/Tender/Bid/Energy/Engineering

An opportunity for an experienced Contracts Consultant to work in a public sector organisation in Edinburgh. The work will involve submitting applications for HEEP and SEEP funding and then manage the external insulation works during the installation period.

  • The need for good financial discipline is required.
  • A requirement to compile contract documents and BOQ's.
  • Dependant on which discipline they are ie QS,BS,PM they will be utilised in other areas.

    • Additional information

    • Currently they have £1m of funding out so they need someone who can manage these tenders when they come in and future funding bids.
    • They need to have worked with streams of funding ideally with experience of energy efficiency.
