Are you an experienced and skilled Service Desk Support Officer available for an immediate to utilise your IT support skills.

Our well established and esteemed client is seeking services of a skilled and enthusiastic Service Desk Support Officer to join their IT support team and assist them in looking after valuable projects.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have the following experience in:

  • Microsoft Office/Office 365
  • Printers/MFD's
  • Active Directory account resets

Job Description:

  • Providing level 1 and 2 technical support to end users.
  • Desktop Support experience
  • Demonstrated advanced customer relationship management skills.
  • Proven fault finding skills in large ICT environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the ability to configure the Windows environment and software running within the Windows environment.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Exchange online and Office365
  • Assists in the deployment of new or disposal of obsolete ICT hardware and software;
  • Proven effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills; good telephone manner and an ability to analyse and prioritise an issue.
