Configuration Management Analyst Role and Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist for an initial 6 month contract.
What's involved:
- Providing support for daily incidents encountered on the Remedy Suite
- Providing toolset knowledge and advice
- Progressing changes to the Remedy suite
- Implementing solutions based on Remedy functionality and interfaces between 3rd Party systems and Remedy Suite.
- Applying OS upgrades and patches to ADDM server estate.
- Maintaining IT Service Management standards, methods, procedures and processes
What you need:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar or related role
- Strong technical understanding of:
- Remedy Administration
- Spoon Development
- Atrium Integrator
- Windows, Unix and Network environments
- IT Configuration
- Good working knowledge of ITIL process
