Description
Oracle DB Support with knowledge on scripts wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years' experience working in a similar position
- Expertise in Oracle DB on scripts and queries, fluency with log analysis and App Dynamics is a plus
- Solid IT background with excellent communication and organization skills
- Flexibility to cover shift from 7am to 6pm and occasional evening or weekend checkouts
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing tickets and communicating with users, business and other stakeholders
- Handling user issues and routine incidents
- Monitoring the health of online services and batches
- Performing application checkouts on release weekends and infrastructure changes
