Description
Operations Excellence Manager with profound Lean Six Sigma experience wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position working on IT-related projects with expertise in Lean Six Sigma preferably in a global, matrixed, scientific and diverse environment
- Familiarity with working in a scientific environment with deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma
- Solid scientific background with applied Informatics skills is advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, knowledge in German or French is a plus
Your tasks:
- Setting up a portal and structure on Intranet for Lean six sigma tools
- Presenting examples from Research Life Science business
- Enabling project managers to use those tools in their projects
- Interacting with scientific driven stakeholders
