We're looking for a Senior Service Owner
Background:
Business Solutions organization run operations on all IT Services. We see a need for a Service Operations Owner on consultancy basis to operate and take responsibility for solutions we buy and operate on both SaaS/Cloud base as well as operate inhouse. Eg. Video Meeting, Telephony meetings, e-mail, Skype, Mobile Sync.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist in:
As Service Operations Owner, you will be responsible for a number of IT Services; overseeing performance in accordance with service level agreements, management of supplier operational delivery, budgets for the assigned services, user support, execution of life cycle management and IT Service continuity management. You are end to end responsible for the IT services.
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
We believe you have a good knowledge and experience in working with IT Services and operations.
You have good knowledge of end-to-end IT Service Management and good ITIL competence including aspects of how to improve processes within ITIL.
Specifically SaaS solutions, and how to secure a good maintenance by upholding relation with supplier and understanding of their LCM.
Follow up on Incidents, talk to stakeholders, plan for improvements and make sure to build and maintain an excellent network and relation to all stakeholders including suppliers.

Knowledge
IT Service Management
Experience in
Experience in having responsibility for Operations and delivery of IT services within large organizations where focus on good stakeholder management is a must together with good documentation of processes.
Other
A senior leader approach, used to delegate, prioritize and drive change and projects within organizations. Importance to have a good strategic overview and a strong self-drive with a positive and solution oriented attitude.
