Cobol Developer/Payments/Mainframe/Agile
Our client is looking for an expert Cobol Developer for a long-term assignment working for a leading investment company in Amsterdam. Together with the Product Owners you will work out technical solutions you will translate change projects into small user stories and shippable products. You will design, develop and Maintain the payments applications. The ideal Cobol Developer will constantly be looking for improvement and make sure everything is done in the most effective way. You will give feedback and coach the team.
The Ideal Cobol Developer/Payments/Mainframe/Agile candidate will have a hands-on mentality and an eye for detail. You are an open and transparent individual and you like to coach people. You will have a passion for IT and follow the newest trends.
- Skills Experience within the Payments Domain
- Working experience in a Mainframe environment (IBM Mainframe, Z/OS series)
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience developing in Cobol-85/Cool:Gen/JAVA 7
- Communication: IMS and (Webshere) MQ (Pre)
- Database: IMS and DB2 v. 11.1 (Pre)
