Description
Mainframe Architect urgently required for a role in Stockholm, Sweden.
This is a integration project of new platform with Back End Mainframe system. Application needs to be analysed and provide detailed design descriptions/solution for specific functions within an application based on business-, operational and system requirements. Hence requirement is for Mainframe Architect profiles who has worked on architectural solutions on Mainframe in recent past (>6-7yrs).
Skills
- Has subject matter expert competence in the area and if relevant for the role; management experience. Typical experience 10+ years as consultant in the role and competence area.
- Knowledge of design patterns database storage, analysis and design. Able to see and to assess technical consequences based on design.
- Knowledge of different integration strategies, such vertical and horizontal integrations as well as to various methods/tools for design and system integration
- Ability to penetrate into the problem, see causality, assessing relevance of information and see the consequences
- Ability to transform requirements into technical solutions
- Technically strong with z/OS (Mainframe) (Cobol), DB2, MQ Series etc.
