Our client is in need of a Voice and Data Network Engineer to support of large enterprise Network. The position will be based onsite in Atlanta.
Education:
4-year College Degree desired, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
Experience Required:
10 years hands-on experience
Aruba Wireless
Cisco Routers and Switches, Firewalls, riverbed, F5, Mobility, 802.11, etc
Sniffers,
Five Years hands-on
VOIP, Multicast, AAA, CIP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, frame-relay, MPLS
DNS, DHCP,
Network Management Systems such as NNMI, Remedy, NA, OO
Skills Required:
Strong problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamwork ethic and customer support focus
Skills Preferred:
Scripting
Linux and Windows
Automation
Avaya and Cisco Voice
Telepresence
One successful candidate will be become a member of a Network Operations team within IT. The candidate's primary responsibility will be the day to day support of the Data, VOIP, and Signals running across the Network. The candidate will be expected to analyze complicated systems, document application standards, and assure high levels of stability, reliability, and availability of the production network environment, consistent with established change control policies and prescribed procedures.
