The Role:
Our client requires a resource who will write functional specifications for a number of dataloads.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 3 full project life cycles in a HCM role.
- Minimum 5 years hands on UK Payroll configuration experience, including but not limited to, Wage Types, Pensions Auto Enrolment and HR Forms for Payslip and statutory forms
- Experience writing schemas and PCR's to meet specific customer requirements
- Ability to write functional specifications for technical development team and manage through unit to user acceptance testing, including ownership and resolution of testing issues
- Proven experience running SIT and supporting UAT phases
- Must have strong SAP Personnel Administration and Organisational Management skills.
