Description

T4S are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to join the IT department in Evere, Belgium. This is a long term mission for the right candidate.

Your main tasks include:

Service Desk management: Recording and handling telephone calls and solving reported incidents via telephone or through the ticketing system.

Following the Group Mailbox Service Desk and handling the incoming mail.

Checking a number of business critical processes according to a checklist daily.

Monitoring the Thaler and Cocpit Monitor.

The follow-up and treatment of alert and services Irisnext.

Management of lending of Beamers and Laptops.

Tracking changes in technical procedures

French & Dutch speakers are highly sort after!
