THE ROLE
My client is currently looking for a MS Dynamics Application SME to work within a global programme of works
Identify & evaluate CRM features, design patterns and code constructs to be utilised for solutions
Holistic knowledge of MS stack (above and beyond CRM) to be able to do integration design
Ensuring technical feasibility of functional & technical design components via reviews and POCs
Ensuring alignment (and/or identify deviations) of design to requirements, architecture and standards via reviews and collaboration with QBE Architects
Support functional design workshops and technical design workshops; ensure solution is fit-for-purpose and incorporates MS best practice
Input into the project estimating and planning process
Primary contact for resolving complex business requirements/scenarios that fall outside regular design patterns (eg Security design for Contact Mgmt., Error Handling for Cascade)
Support Build & Test teams on queries & clarifications
