Functional Test Engineer
My international Financial Client based in Prague seeks a Functional Tester to join the Test Team.
Task and responsibilities
Design and develop tests cases based on functional specification
Participate in functional, system and regression testing activities
Work closely with the development team to analyse, debug and resolve any issues
Design, develop and maintain regression tests suites (Python, bash)
Share functional and technical knowledge in the team
Mandatory skills and experience
Good knowledge of Linux and SQL
Programming/Scripting skills (bash, Python)
Passion for and proven track record in software testing and test methodologies
Fluency in English
Optional skills
Willingness to share ideas, knowledge and experience with team members
Ability to work on own initiative, to identify problems and propose solutions
University degree in information technology, engineering, natural sciences or economics
Beneficial working experience or knowledge:
Financial markets, financial derivatives, trading
Additional information
Start date of assignment: ASAP
Initial contract duration: 3 months (optional: extension is anticipated but cannot be guaranteed)
