Service Desk Analysts (English Speakers)
A fantastic opportunity in an exotic location, with a low cost of living for English speaking Service Desk Analysts. One of our Major Leading Clients is looking for 3 English speaking Service Desk Analysts for a 3 month rolling contract. This is an urgent requirement with a quick start for all successful Service Desk Analysts.
The Service Desk Analysts will be responsible for:
- Call and Incident Handling
- Provide first level call and email support to customer's PC, including software and hardware related issues.
- Assign unsolved calls to the appropriate IT teams.
- Instruct users on processes
The Service Desk Analysts will have experience in:
- Prior experience in Call Centre/Help Desk environment
- Functional understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems (Control Panel, Command Prompt, Network and Sharing Centre, Internet Explorer)
- Functional understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
