Role - Quality Consultant
Location - Brussels, Belgium
Duration - 6 months + extensions
Responsibilities
- Maintain Tactical and Operational relationship with our European client and third parties regarding quality;
- Verify, maintain and improve quality plans, processes and procedures;
- Ensure overall compliance to processes, eg by assessing compliance to schedule, quality objectives and standards as defined in the project plan and quality plan;
- Verify that quality control practices are in place;
- Review major/key deliverables from a quality perspective;
- Provide assistance for internal and external audits;
- Verify incident-, change management and CSIP processes;
- Interact with other project teams and multiple stakeholders with confidence, empathy and diplomacy
- Provide training/coaching on service processes, relevant standards and QA best practices
Essential Skills
Having a bachelor or master degree
Interested and/or experienced in Quality Management
Knowledge and/or experience in IT is an advantage
Thorough and able to work with high quality standards; experience in a quality control, verification, coordination and/or consulting role is an advantage
Having knowledge of audit and assessment techniques
Having knowledge about ITIL processes: incident -, change management, CSIP
A good communicator in English as well as in Dutch and/or French; good writing skills are a key advantage.
Able to integrate into an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self starting capability, experience of working in teams, understanding needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions
