Skills Knowledge and Experience: C4ISR Technical Specialist
1) University Degree in systems engineering, computer science or a closely related
engineering field.
2) A minimum of two years experience in test of complex systems and architectures
3) Test methodology and standards
4) Experience of MS Project
5) Link 16 and Adat-P3 (desirable AdatP3) messaging experience
6) Knowledge of distributed simulation principles and standards (HLA and DIS)
7) Desirable Missile Defence experience
8) Fluency in English
9) Candidate must have a NATO Secret security clearance provided by the national security
organization valid at the time of submission of the bid covering the period of the requirement
10) Candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations.
Duties and Role:
1) Support the test leaders in planning and executing the test events, and to coordinate with test
participants and stakeholders
2) Support the development of test cases to verify the requirements allocated to the various test
events
3) Assess test results for conformance to requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders issue
resolutions
4) Address test results traceability in the BMD database
5) Support the development of the Integrated Master Test Schedule and associated manpower
requirements in MS Project
6) Participate to the development of verification requirements for the next BMD Architecture
increment requirements set, in support of the BMD Systems Engineering Branch
