For our customer, a chemical international company, we are looking for a
Customer Support Officer (m/f)

Branch: Herstellung von Farbstoffen und Pigmenten

Your tasks:
  • Assist the sales team in administrative tasks
  • Solve or escalate order and logistics related requests
  • Capture customer complains in the quality management system
  • Handle and monitor all order types and order tracking
  • Create debit and credit notes
  • Maintain contracts in database
  • Monitor accounts receivables and payment follow-up
  • Capture market information in database
  • Provide customers with all relevant product information
  • Compile and prepare informational data as required


Your qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in business administration preferred
  • Industry experience in similar role is mandatory
  • Fluency in Finnish, Swedish and English (additional languages skills are beneficial)
  • SAP R/3 knowledge
