Specialist Global Clinical Label Management / Master Data Associate (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Maintenance the SAP phrase database with standard texts according to given procedures
- Design and create labels in SAP GLM according to current SOPs
- Coordinate the approval of labels by the Local Label Representatives in a timely manner
- Order and coordinate the printing of booklets by the vendor
- Responsible for the delivery check of booklets and support of the implementation of the Labeling Roadmap
- Main contact for the creation and change (GMP) of material and production master data
- Collect required information for the deployment of the master data
- Coordinate approval of master data and interacts with the local master data maintainer and quality
Your qualifications
- Commercial diploma (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or commercial college) or an equivalent qualification
- Good organizational and communication skills in order to manage the relationship with many teams
- Good written and oral English and German language skills
- Experience of SAP systems, Word and Excel
