Description
* Maintain Tactical and Operational relationship with our European client and third parties regarding quality;
* Verify, maintain and improve quality plans, processes and procedures;
* Ensure overall compliance to processes, eg by assessing compliance to schedule, quality objectives and standards as defined in the project plan and quality plan;
* Verify that quality control practices are in place;
* Review major/key deliverables from a quality perspective;
* Provide assistance for internal and external audits;
* Verify incident-, change management and CSIP processes;
* Interact with other project teams and multiple stakeholders with confidence, empathy and diplomacy
* Provide training/coaching on service processes, relevant standards and QA best practices
* Having a bachelor or master degree
* Interested and/or experienced in Quality Management
* Knowledge and/or experience in IT is an advantage
* Thorough and able to work with high quality standards; experience in a quality control, verification, coordination and/or consulting role is an advantage
* Having knowledge of audit and assessment techniques
* Having knowledge about ITIL processes: incident -, change management, CSIP
* A good communicator in English as well as in Dutch and/or French; good writing skills are a key advantage.
* Able to integrate into an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability, experience of working in teams, understanding needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions
