Description
OEM automation Software Engineer required to join a global biotech company in Ireland on a contract basis.Reporting to the AT/IT Automation Technical Lead, the candidate will be part of the Automation team responsible for bringing vendor supplied PLC controlled equipment (OEM) and the integration of the OEM equipment to DeltaV, from installation through to Process Qualification (PQ).
This person will be responsible to assist the DeltaV Integration to OEM systems for site CQV activities.
Requirements:
- 5 years' Automation experience.
- Having worked in a pharmaceutical environment for at least 2 years.
- Extensive knowledge of DeltaV Configuration (Physical Layer, IO Modules).
- Extensive knowledge of Allen Bradley hardware and software.
- 3 years RSLogix/Studio programming experience.
- FactoryTalk View programming experience.
- DeltaV Vim Module configuration.
- Siemens TIA Portal programming experience.
- Worked on similar CQV projects.
- Integrated OEM systems to a DeltaV platform.
