Description

Requested skills, competencies and toolset knowledge:

a) Industry Certification from CISCO equal to a CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Relevant University Degree
b) Very good awareness and working experience of/with protocols: FTP, FTPs, HTTP, HTTPs, MS file share
c) Knowledge about VPN technology,
d) Experience supporting and troubleshooting complex Routed Network Environments
e) Experience supporting and troubleshooting complex Switching Network Environments
f) Experience in documentation of solutions, maintaining user/administration guides and step-by-stepinstructions
g) Very good English (oral and written)
h) industry standards for configuration management, quality assurance and testing,
i) Familiar with a multi-national work environment
j) Understanding of data-diode concepts
k) Experience with industry standard network management tools (ie HP, Computer Associates, etc.)
l) Experience with other network devices
m) Experience with Operating in an Virtualized Network Environment
n) Knowledge of the principles of command and control (C2) systems.

Essential qualifications: -
ITIL v3 Foundation
-CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional and/or CompTIA Security+ and/or equivalent certification and experience
-Proven experience in network design (high level and low level) emphasis on availability, integrity, authentication and confidentiality.

Highly desirable qualifications:
-Experience with NATO technical architectures and NATO CIS Security regulations and procedures.
-Cisco Certified Network Professional Security
-CCNP-Sec
-CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate
-Microsoft and Linux (eg Redhat) certifications and experience
-University degree on relevant topic
-Project management experience
